Shipping Policy

All online orders are shipped with in 48 hours via Canada Post Expedited shipping. Shipping time is approximately 3 – 5 days; however, there may be unexpected delays which are beyond our control. Once you order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Canada Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $250
• $15.00 flat rate shipping within Atlantic Canada
• $20.00 flat shipping rate outside Atlantic Canada

Return Policy

All reduced priced/sale items are FINAL SALE

In-Store Purchases

All regular-priced items purchased in-store may be returned to the store up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn and unused, and in the original condition that you received it with tags intact. Original receipt must accompany the return and a refund will be made in the original form of payment.

Promotionally priced or limited-time discounted items purchased in-store may be returned with 10 days for store credit provided the item(s) are unworn and unused, and in the original condition that you received it with tags intact. Original receipt must accompany the return.

Online Purchases

All regular-priced online purchases may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the return must be postmarked within 3 days of the refund approval. Goods must be received in original condition with tags intact and be unworn and unused. Refund will be made in the original form of payment and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Original receipt must accompany the return.
